And a member from the Nara clan persuading Sasuke's dad to do a coup is just off key, I highly doubt that's true, some of the spoilers seem legit but some seem f'ed up

My thoughts exactly, the plot seem to good to be true, but we'll have to see

Well, some of the first part is actually accurate and has been released in legit spoilers before.

However, for the pairing section- it looks like fanfic and some things are not possible given what has been established before in this manga. Also, there's sources out there for everything except this part. And I doubt that Kishimoto would want rape in a movie directed at 12-13 yr olds or fake love.

Kitsuchi was 44 years old in chapter 699, his daughter Kurotsuchi whom is the new kage was 18 and Oonoki was 79!!!

so it's very plausible he became the kage just after the war when Oonoki retired like all the others kages, he died during the movie aka chapter 699.5 (stated by Kishi himself) and his daughter became kage after him.
