No, I'm not saying that. I'm just saying it's obvious this movie is damage control over the fact that Kishi neglected to develop their bond enough. Much like the damage control he's done in regards to Sasuke and Naruto's relationship, Sasuke and Sakura's relationship, the Underdog theme, the Destiny theme, the Yin-Yang theme, Sakura's character etc

What damage control did those get? They were horribely exucuted through and through.

Dude I would wait for the movie to decide on which direction it is going to go. I have read bad reviews of things by people before. And the things they were bashing actually turned out good. Before making any sort of remark about it. I would wait on it to give it a chance first. I find it halarious how people are bashing this movie even without watching it.

This sort of attitude works in many things. If there is something new and different out there. People at first hate it. But eventually when they see the content they end up accepting it.

I'm not bashing the movie, I'm trying to piece together how this movie can be good. In all honesty, with the trailer's setting, this does have potential. I'm positive Toneri's gonna try to wipe out all humanity simply because he views them as inferior while also wanting the OoTsutsuki to survive, and then he gets ticked off once Hinata, his chosen bride, has the nerve to view a human as superior to him. This plot line would have potential and would be interesting.

Sasuke and naruto get neg diffed by another Otsutsuki member (w/o kamui seems about right ) via chakra absorption which ironically Sasuke also has.

Main stars then get saved by Hinata via power of boobs.

OP villain proceeds to capture her in order to make babies which ends in convenient loss of memory for Hinata possibly erasing all the rejection Naruto put her through as well.

In the end good prevails and Naruto finally makes his move leading into 'Yes, I do' and happy ending.

About "Kishimoto regreting" it, well, if I have to calculate the facts, that:
1.Kishimoto is a japanese, and japanese are very suicidal tribe.
2.75% of japanese otakus and readers are having tsundere-girl-romance fetish = that's why the Rie Kugimiya tsundere animes so famous in japan.
3.The anime series director (not the movie's, the series's) and some stuff members of Pierrot are Sakura lovers and NaruSaku worshippers.
4.Ever since chapter 700 is out both he and his assisstants recive multiple death threathing messages.

Then I think he will "confess" even before the movie comes out. ;P

about Kishimoto, i don't understand why people cannot accept the fact that it's more comfortable for him to end Naruto Shippuden with a movie, seriously, he can put all his ideas about the pairings and details missing on the manga whatever it's pure freedom somehow.


i mean, for a movie basically the guy give them a piece of paper aka script, some drawings, they met or called him to ask more stuff and that's all, he can go to the beach enjoy his life with his waifu and kids after 15 years of hard work...

i really understand why, it's not only for money, basically Kishimoto want his life back at least for a couple of months before working again like a dog.


a medium is a medium, manga or movie or live action, he's the author of all this story in the end, so it's canon yep and he can decide which tool he wants to use to express himself.

I am pretty damn sure he can't be worse than Kaguya can he? He does not seem to have a black Zetsu ordering him around.

My only issue is, he is very likeable. His character design would fit a main character. Had they made him a little more itmidating like Madara. I would say he is a badass.

I never knew about the budget part. But if that is true than that must explain why. The movies also have a decent flow between action and talking than the manga itself. If you know what I mean?

About the story:
- The story's timeline will start from the end of november and will end at the beginning of march, meaning the timeline will be 3-4 months long.
- The "Winter Festival" is actually something like the japanese valentine. On the first week of december the females give present to the males they like/love, while on the last week of february the males give presents to the females they like/love.
- The story make up is the next:
1.Naruto has a small introduction about the story (his birth, teams seven, sasuke's left ect).
2.Hanabi is kidnapped and the rescue team goes to save her.
3.Toneri meets with Naruto and gang and steals Nartuo's sage mode and Sasuke saves everyone.
4.Naruto and Hinata gets sepparated from the others and find themselves on an isolated island. While Kiba, Shino, Tenten and Lee go to search them, Sasuke stays in the village to protect it until Naruto comes back (much to Sakura's enjoyment). From this part the "romance" marathon starts.
5.After Naruto and Hinata came back to the village, some days passes and on the week of males, Naruto wants to give a gift to Hinata. However, it is revealed that Toneri assaulted her and Toneri quickly defeats Naruto then tortures him in front of Hinata until Hinata drinks something that Toneri gave to her. After that, Toneri leaves with Hinata, only the red scarf leaving behind that Hinata knitted for Naruto.
6.Naruto got depressed but thanks to a hooded man his heart revives and decided to saves Hinata. The others (including the pairs, the kages and other minor characters) following him.
7.In Toneri's lair, Toneri prepares a wedding and reveals that his plan is to "create" a "new Kaguya". Also reveals that not only the Otsutsuki clan, but the Hyuuga clan also came from another dimension and that Kaguya is the child of an Otsutsuki and a Hyuuga. Toneri wants to create a new Kaguya with Hinata.
8.There will be some "elite warriors" of Toneri, a male Uchiha, a male Hyuuga, a male Aburame and a female Akimichi. Also, there's a scared man who is later will be revealed the man who talked Sasuke's father, Uchiha Fugaku into the Uchiha's Rebellion plan (the reason they were massacared down). The two final battle will be a "Naruto + Hinata VS Toneri" and a "Sasuke + Sakura VS Scared Man (his name is Kyomu and from the Nara clan). Karin, who secretly followed Sasuke and Sakura, saves Sakura by sacrificing herself and asks Sakura to protect Sasuke forever. Sasuke and Sakura kills Kyomu, then going to help Naruto and Hinata againts Toneri. In the end, they defeat Toneri and use a technique to negate the destruction of the moon.
9.After the battle, Naruto and Hinata suddenly disappears. They are at a waterfall-lake kind place where Naruto confesses love to Hinata.
10.On the credits staff roll, there are some romantic moments (datings, weddings, child births ect).

About the pairings:
- Naruto reveals that when they were children he believed that Hinata just wanted to make fun of him (the trailer scene). But reveals that over time, he started to take an interest in her and realised that Hinata liked/loved him, and he was happy about it. He wanted to talk about it with Hinata, but he had "inner demons" whiches holded him back. Not sure, but these "things" were related to his mother (Kushina) and something "substitution".
- After Naruto and Hinata are on the island, they spend times together for 2-3 months. Hinata teaches Naruto dancing and cooking while Naruto teaches Hinata the Rasengan and "dattebayo"? Naruto starts developing stronger feelings as time passes.
- Karui and Choji meet at the festival and Karui has inferiority in her cooking skills, but Choji tells her that he believes her cooking skills are great. Karui has an interesting in him.
- Ino has problems with the males and one of them try to rape her but Sai saves her. She kisses Sai on the cheek and Sai starts having "strange, warm feelings" for Ino.
- Sasuke gives a necklance to Sakura and Sakura gives the same to Sasuke too.
- Naruto, after Toneri took Hinata away, has a mental breakdown and heartbroken, until a hooded man revives his heart by teaching him about love.
- Naruto confesses to Hinata at the end of the movie.

About the characters:
- Hinata reveals that she wanted to become Hokage to win her fathers's (Hiashi) recognation, but she given up that because of her dream to supporting to Naruto to becoming Hokage.
- Character deaths: Orochimaru, Jugo, Kitsuchi, Samui, Atsui, Karin.
- Karin sacrifice herself to save Sakura. Sakura will take Karin's glasses as a memento. There will be some hints that Sarada (Salada) is Karin's reincarnation.
- Suigetsu became the leader of the Seven Swordsmen Of Mist.
- Naruto reveals his main reasons to not answering for Hinata's confession: his mother and because he believed that if he will become a couple with Hinata it would only make Hinata feeling that she would be just a "substitution". But the hooded man convices him that there's nothing like "substitution" in love.
- Sasuke reveals the truth to Sakura about the Uchiha Massacare and the reason why he treated her "badly" before: because he wanted to protect her from himself.
- Kyomu is a missing-nin from Konoha and a Nara clan member, who's face was scared by Uchiha Shisui (Itachi's mentor). He reveals he talked Uchiha Fugaku into the rebellion, using Kushina's death (Fugaku's first love interest) as a fuel againts the village.
- Kiba meets with Tamaki while searching for Naruto and Hinata with the others.
