I agree but the way its being executed seems cliche and lame.What they are basically doing is making Hinata a DiD so that Naruto realises "what he wants to protect" and using that as a spring board for him to get over Sakura.I do not want a kidnapping to be the trigger for Naruto to get over Sakura.It sounds lame as fuq

Lol How else should they make it happen? Do you expect a Titanic movie?

Over simplfying? What i wrote was a mere summary. I have no problems if a fiction's plot is simple, but The Last seems outright cliche and lame.

Possible love interest is being the damsel while main hero is saving him is all in all what it is. Villain kidnaping that love interest for taking her as spouse? Amnesia? Are these concepts still selling?


These are all my opinion. Each for their own.

Its clear that in Kishi's eyes women exist just for being pairing fodder and to be rescued Lol

you'd think that naruto would go after a girl who's been giving him looks and sacrificed so much for him. instead, he goes after a girl who has her eyes on someone else and he knows this....it doesn't,..make any sense..

Have a actual break up scene in the manga.It takes like a 1-2 panels Its better than that and I would accept it.Streching it out with a kidnapping is shit but maybe I just got high standards from reading other books.And this concept of using kidnapping has been done to death for like a decade.

Sakura and Naruto were never together. Therefore no break up scene needed. I don't know about you? But I would take a 110 minute movie over a two minute manga panel any day. Because I would prefer a deeper explanition over something very rushed.

I'm assuming he flirts with her because he still likes her x) i never saw naruto flirt with sakura either, but he still has feelings for the gal when he really shouldn't. it seems kinda..strange, especially since he knows how much she loves sasuke. he brought him back for them to get together. oh! and do you remember what he told minato before he vanished? he stumbled on the part where his mother said to find someone like her. I thought he was thinking about hinata at that time so he was all.."ehhh momsie, things aren't exactly going my way when it comes to that" shock one for naruhina, and shock two was sakura confessing to sasuke, shock three was sasuke poking her and saying he'd come back. you bring up a good point about the crush thing..

It would be more unreal if you suddenly lost your feelings, weak or not, for your crush and quickly moved on to the next person, even if that person is way better than your crush. Love isn't something that suddenly happens, it takes time to fall in love. Naruto's slowly developing feelings for Hinata, he already has but he isn't aware of it yet. This movie will be where he realizes how much she means to him.

It is forced. If Kishi gave them more development in the manga, it'd click better, but since we saw 700, we are forced to watch the movie to see Naruto give any crap about Hinata, when this could've already been at least half done & the only way it happens, is not what Hinata did for him in the manga, but her getting kidnapped. Not to mention Sasuke & Sakura clicking in 699. Naruto still even thinking Sakura is a possibility is beyond idiotic. -_- Woohoo.

Of course he will be jealous and all that.Its a NH movie.However when you start involving the villain in the love plot its obvious you are doing it for fan service

If you wanted me to believe it was not fan service this should have been progressively done over the course of the manga and given a proper finale in the movie.When you ball up all NH development and shove it at me in a movie it isnt the proper way to do things

I have heard all this before but fact is with leaks regarding NaruHina which proved correct in the end I have a hard time accepting this as false.It isnt unheard of for studios to do planned leaks to generate hype.And we already have in movie pics of both Hinata and Toneri wearing a wedding dress or the like so this fits in with it
