OT: As long as it's not redundant dialogue, it needs to either move the plot or develop a character further rather than reiterating points (I.e Obito). I imagine there will be some action too but I enjoy dialogue every now and then.

have you read bleach ? it takes like 30 seconds to 1 minute to read most chapters so little actual dialogue so little actual background yet i still enjoy it Q_Q
