Orochimaru is pure evil, Hiruzen said he was evil from the very beginning. Iruka's parents died yet he didn't mass-murder and experiment on villagers and literally destroy the lives of thousands of people

every good story or cartoon or manga will have a character like the Joker or possibly Kabuto(dont know for sure that hes a naruto version of joker)

but people are drawn to character who push the 100% Evil.

They should have one, man. I don't know how Stan Lee came up with that clown, but it was pure genius. What Heath Ledger did for the character 4 years ago only proved it further. That's still probably my favorite movie performance ever:)

I disagree with 2 of your non-evil villains.

I think that Orochimaru was pure evil (even though I love him). His parents died yes and he missed them, but from what we saw of him I don't think that's what drove him to be a villain. Usually these villains are holding a grudge that we see in some shape or form, but I think with Oro he was just evil. Kishi just showed us that as a kid he used to be cute....I mean who wasn't? (Actually there are some ugly babies...)

I also disagree with Hidan. I don't believe Hidan acted as he did just because of his religion. I believe he used to religion to justify his homicidal tendencies. Kind of like when some ppl use a sacred text to justify something they think is wrong because they need to have a scapegoat that doesnt make them the bad guy lol.

Also I believe Sasori to be just evilness. He also lost someone (who hasnt?), but I mean really look at him and his emotional behavior as a child. He was a little sociopath before his parents even died.

I think Kabuto is like Hidan, just grasping at straws to try to justify himself. He better kill all those orphans cos right now we see that he was loved immediately and he feels attachment. He still wears the glasses...I mean at least with Oro he didn't play games about why he was evil, he just owned it. Own it Kabuto!!!

Yeah Kakuzu was pretty damn evil.

As for Tobi, he wants to rule the world pretty much and kill anyone who stands in his way....;/

Kakuzu was pretty evil
Kisame wasn't very nice either.
Madara (I'm sorry but life screws you over... you get over it. You don't turn into a homicidal maniac because people disagree with you)
However that said 100% evil isn't very realistic and I'm pretty sure the first Guys i mentioned had their own story with noble intentions and good deeds, and if Madara had went to see a doctor and stayed on his Meds he'd have been just fine. 100% evil doesn't really exist and I personally don't like characters who are 100% evil they are too flat and unrealistic...

theory of relativity... evil according to who? evil is a relative term.

the Joker is an interesting case. he's more or less looking to stay entertained.

for the most part in the comic books joker has loads of time that he could kill batman but batman is his main sorce of entertainment.

back on subject. according to all of them there all could be good people. according to ORO sence human life has no worth then its not doing evil if there not worth anything.
