I mean it doesn't get anymore serious then that one, and I just heard it again, but this one was not as loud
I just looked around, and apparently..some people are hearing the same sounds. (particularly, in Miami)
I do apologize, but I still don't see how you can demonstrate the seriousness of a certain situation by using an emoticon.
