Gear 4th going to be a power that was inherented by garp or dragon.

I know we expecting fullblown haki (witch is a stupid idea) or so G2 and G3 compressed body.

But seems G4 is a power luffy discovered during training. Gear would have rubber logic but G4 destroys all logic we seen about luigi.
