Except that Orochimaru wasn't play, he stated himself that he could have died had the TBB had hit him. Nothing Orochimaru did could hurt 4 tails Naruto which is why he sent Naruto away from him before he got killed. Orochimaru was still using ninjutsus and was in better health than when Sasuke beat him.
Naruto's FRS would kill Orochimaru, it removes his ability to use chakra which removes his ability to shed his body or pull his body back together. At about 50%, FRS destroyed 2 of Kakuza's 3 hearts. TBB kills him as Orochimaru already said (that was only 4 tails, KM's mini TBB or a full BM Bijuu's TBB is going to be stronger. Nagato/Obito/Madara with the Rinnegan pulls Orochimaru soul out or absorb all of his chakra then kill him. Deidara's C3 explosion is roughly as strong as a TBB or his nano bombs. TSB and Dust release wipes him out. Sasuke's Indra arrow of PS sword slash wipes him out. And it can go on for others like Neji, probably current Hinata and Hanabi, Sakura, Tsunade, A, Bee, Shino, Choji, ect...
