Orochimaru wins easily IF he is healthy. Orochimaru took down the strongest of the Kages and was still not 100% at the time. And he is not done in this series just yet, so we may get to find out just how strong a healthy Orochimaru is.

He wud lose to the 3rd if he was in his prime without edo, even to defeat an old 3rd he needed edo. Oro is powerful but with samehada Bee is incredible, he wud take this.

ummm the 9 tails is like 10 times stronger than the 8 tails..... and Orochimaru was practically dead at that point and time, and still survived.

and to you who said Orochimaru is nothing without edo, and Bee is amazing with Samehada, that is a complete contradiction..... so Orochimaru cant use his Techniques, but bee gets an uber sword that he didnt orignally have. come on
