Kabuto probably takes it whether it's with Edo Tensei or not to be honest.

Without Edo: DSM Kabuto is faster, stronger and has more powerful Ninjutsu/Senjutsu he takes this one easily especially considering that Itachi > Orochimaru and Kabuto took on both Uchiha brothers and might have won if Itachi hadn't been Edo (Could atleast beat Itachi in a 1v1 whether people admit it or not).

With Edo: Kabuto definetly takes this one too. Since Orochimaru can't control Hashirama he only truly has 3 edos... On the other hand Kabuto has 25 or something like that and that includes 4 kages + Itachi and NAGATO!! Don't underestimate Edo Nagato, having him on his side is a huge advantage for Kabuto.

So i'd definetly say Kabuto takes it:
DSM Kabuto >>> Orochimaru
Edo Itachi >>> Edo Hiruzen (From what we've seen )
Edo Nagato >>>> Edo Tobirama
And seriously no matter how much you overestimate KMC Minato you can't deny that he can't beat 4 kage level shinobi when atleast 3 of them are high kage level.

Yet that's only an opinion-based possibility. The facts are that Itachi had a much harder time with Kabuto than he did with Oro. Also, you cannot negate the sage mode, which is quite possibly better than Naruto's and that alone means he's above Oro.

and how will orochimaru plan on landing said touch? kabuto is leagues faster than him and has multple ways to take orochimaru down without having to risk getting close. not only that but orochimarus cells arent needed for sage mode
