At a young age, Nagato had his back and spine pierced several times by the Gedo Mazo, along with having hid legs burned by Hanzo. There's no way that he can be considered healthy after that in any way, the only healthy Nagato was an inexperienced, almost featless teenager. Nagato's real prime would be the Six Paths of Pain, no other version of him can be considered to be nearly that powerful, aside from the obvious Edo Tensei version of him, which had already been altered by Kabuto.

So sick of people saying healthy Nagato isn't real, do you think he always lived in a tree at leaf village, no he walked there, that Nagato was probly around 40 years old, you think he didn't master his eyes by 20+ years with them??
