I belive that if a healthy Kimimaro and Deva had a battle, Kimimaro would win
do to:

Shinra Tensei showed it was able to repel things. One big enough is able to destroy a village.
Katsuyu showed to tank that ST. By feats Kimimaro should be able to tank it as well.

Chibaku Tensei showed great power and being Deva's strongest jutsu its what makes Deva itself
so strong.

But Kimimaro was able to get out of Desert Tsunami with his bone forest with ease wich has a great pressure as well.

If Deva uses Chibaku Tensei or Shinra Tensei at a huge degree he needs time to recharge.

That time should be more than enough time for Kimimaro to finish him.

Im not saying Kimimaro its stronger than anyone. He just is the best counter
to Deva's abilities that I could think of.

Comparing Gaara's Sand Prison to Chibaku Tensei is like comparing a marble to a flea.

Perhaps. The Paths aren't near as strong as individuals. I don't doubt that Kimimaro can resist being crushed by chibaku tensei for a time, but Naruto had difficulty breaking free when he was almost fully controlled by the 9 tails. I doubt Kimimaro could break free. That being said, he'd just suffocate.

This is the second result:

But I didnt put him againts 6 paths xD
Its just Deva.

Human alone can kill Kimimaro.

Thats a reasonable answer.

deva path is my favorite character tied with nagato. An id have to say givin there abilites and kimimaro ability to not wanna die. Id say maybe. If pain does planetary devastation i doubt kimimaro will have a chance. But it depends on which deva path you look at, if your talking about the anime one the **** no kimimaro doesnt have a chance. But the manga version didnt show much an deva only real way to kill him is planetary devastation. But thats the manga version the anime deva path is dam near the realiest nigga living

Kimimaro was an excellent shinobi. So great that orochimaru deemed him worthy or becoming his vessel, but I don't think he has the destructive power needed to take out devastating. Plus his strongest bone was gushed by gaaras sand and shinra tensei seems like it has much much more pressure than his sand.

This here, his hardest bone was stopped by Gaara, Deva's defense is stronger than gaara's, Deva crunches Kimmi into bone dust
