He doesn't have an ability to regenerate organs and such. Only apparently bones and skin.
If a hit from juuken hits, Kimimaro gets hurt, and it could be a pretty bad situation for him.
I'm 100% sure that Neji would at least land hits, while Hinata supports his attack while using juho shoshiken, which makes the simple juuken attack even larger, thus Hinata is able to destroy an opponents insides pretty easily if she lands a hit.
The Hyuga are taijutsu specialists. Saying that two of them wouldn't land a hit on Kimimaro is just stupid.

And they dont have a counter to bone forest. Rotation will not work because the bones will come from the ground stopping any footing Neji does for rotation.
