Healthy Itachi vs current Sasuke

Hello NB, this is my first thread ever so bare with me :d theres a lot of heated debate on weather normal ms itachi could take on sasuke currently, i know this thread has been made before but i would like some recent opinions and besides i dont want to revive a dead thread. Can Itachi (healthy) take on current sasuke? and if this seems like a one sided debate ill up the ante, itachi/minato vs naruto/sasuke?
