I think Itachi could take this. His Susano'o w/ Yata Mirror and the Blade of Totsuka is OP as it is. A can dodge the Blade of Totsuka, but he has no counter for the Yata Mirror. A can also dodge Amaterasu, but if he's hit with Tsukuyomi it's all over. Itachi takes this medium to high difficulty.
