healthy Itachi is the strongest uchiha

Now before u guys flame me, let me explain.

The reason he is the strongest uchiha is because unlike
Madara he didn't get his brothers eyes and senju DNA, and unlike
Obito he didn't get senju DNA and unlike Sasuke he didn't get his brothers eyes.

So what ever itachi has its his own and nobody can beat him with a sharingan, unless they have their brothers eyes or senju DNA.

I could just as well say that someone like Guy, A or Jiraiya is the strongest shinobi, since they got strong without powerups from other people.

if Shishui hadn't offed himself, Itachi wouldnt have the cornerstone of his power, the ms. the fact is that whether through inheritance or gifts, the characters who have got all their power by themselves are very few and far between. it's just a matter of degree really. at any rate, both madara and izuna, obito and sasuke are stronger than itachi.

^That is EMS Madara's Unstabilized Final Susanoo. MS Madara's Final Susanoo will be the same size as his EMS unstabilized one, but with some different features as seen with Sasuke's Final Susanoos. And this Susanoo size still towers over Itachi's.

MS Izuna was also said to be equal to MS Madara so by hype he would be stronger than Itachi also.

But in the end, everyone has their powers and there is nothing you can do to change that so threads like these are pointless.

Uchiha have gone great lengths to extend their sharingan prowess and everyone needed help from another uchiha but the one who went the farthest is madara. Getting the rinnegan first and perfect susanoo are their to prove it.
