Believe it or not,but edo nagato has a higher chance here,he has a more advanced rinnegan,he is an edo,madara has no known sealing techs,while nagato has 2,moukton is useless,the only thing madara actually has to hit nagato is susanoo and meteor,susanoo meets preta path,and CST spam,meteor is stopped by nagato's superior rinnegan counters and edo healing,not to mention madara himself will be blown apart,nagato's summons will aid him as well.

If Madara can use human path (which he most likely can, though he hasn't shown it yet), he wins. If he can't, it's a tie or Nagato wins, simply because Madara doesn't have a way of sealing Nagato.

A few months with the Rinnegan in the hands of a genius will be very productive, it's silly to assume he doesn't know how to use all paths of the Rinnegan

Madara also has Perfect Susano'o (easily KO any summons) and genjutsu (KO summons), and Mokuton (KO summons again)

Madara is basically a cocaine induced beefcake version of Nagato
