I personally believe there is nothing u can do for the record.

I read somewhere that tsunade actually can heal the pshyological effects. If this is a fact then hashirama is 2x tsunade.b4 I believe such a thought I need sometype of proof.

No there isn't because the mind's consciousness is the basis of spiritual energy. Tsunade only has the power to restore physical energy. Anything psychological would require a type of genjutsu to fix like Izanami.

Itachi restrain from using Tsukuyomi fully on both Kakashi and Sasuke as they were only hit with the mental damage aftermath, which was easier for Tsunade to heal. IMO

Itachi let him survive but his will was completely broken, and he didn't have energy to fight because he stayed in the hospital for 3 weeks after overusing his Sharingan

He didn't have the energy to fight, also he could've went longer than 72hours if he had wanted.
