Yea sasuke was still to young so that hit him pretty hard. Shikamaru was young also but is very intelligent/not Uchiha. For being Uchiha Sasuke fell deep into revenge. Shikamaru was still able to get revenge without having to do all of that. I def don't blame Sasuke I prob would of been looking for my brother too.
