Some facts that should point towards him are
1) Sasuke decided to go meet "him" after he heard about Madara
2) Sasuke said he needed Orochimaru for only he could help him meet "him". That means the guy we are looking for is dead because the only other thing that only Orochimaru can do is pull a snake out of his ass (literally
)
3)the guy we are looking for is most probably an Uchiha since the only places Sasuke knows very well are the Uchiha district, some irrelevant places in Konoha (they are not there) and Orochimaru's lair (not there either).
4)Sasuke wants to know about the clan and the village and about whether his decision to be against it is correct or not. He has already heard Itachi's opinion, his father's opinion, Madara's and Obito's opinion, even Shisui's opinion. The only guy who took a decision back then about the clan and the village is Izuna (we don't know even that for sure).
5) Izuna is a guy from the past that knows everything about the past situation with Madara and also about the clan (he was the leader's brother) and the village (he was the co-founder's brother).
Only problem with all these is the fact that there shouldn't be any Izuna DNA in the Uchiha district so as to Edo Tensei him..right? Or maybe not? Where is that guy buried after all?
