Nice match-up. Hayate's greatest skill though is his Jiraiya-inspired camouflage jutsu...something that's not gonna be a big factor to Team 2 as Fu has the sensing technique.

Plus Torune's abilities if we're going by anime standards make him terrifying and able to defeat both of the Konoha duo by himself. Even in the manga he seems like a Jonin level ninja with low Kage level abilities.

Hayate is a proficient kenjutsu shinobi so he would be good to fight against Torune since he prefers CQC.

Genma should be a good threat to Fu so long as he does his best to keep Fuu from using his clans abilities.
