Pretty sure Sasuke warped naruto next to kaguya. I doubt it was speed, notice the gudou Damas are right behind naruto, so he traveled with them, if it was pure speed, I imagine they would still be left behind.

actually it would be the opposite. Sasuke would teleport naruto and leave the balls behind... the balls would stay with naruto if he was using foot speed (like when he tried to enter the dimension)
