toriko's power scaling is a larger scale.
raizen controlled yusuke could give toriko a run for his money though.

how would dragon of darkness flame effect zebra? he'd probably dispel it with sound.
kurama v. coco would be so tactical and interesting to watch. however, i think it'd turn in cocos favor with his eyes, and his immunity to most poisons, which is a specialty of yoko's.
