I really want to ask you guys this. You know in most blonde'sare labelled with being dumb, unintelligent & weak. But i think in Japan its quite the opposite. I say this because look at the anime characters. All the "blonde" haired characters have some strong things. If not power then smartness.

Alright hear me out, i'll list some now:

- All supersaiyans ( When they go supersaiyan their hair turns yellow ) {DBZ}

- Ino {NARUTO} - Has not strength but intelligence

- Minato {NARUTO} - Has both the strength & intelligence

- Doflamingo { ONE PIECE } - Has strength & intelligence ( sorta like Minato if you ask me haha )

- Tsunade {NARUTO} Pretty Strong & Intelligent

- Lastly, i'm sure thiers plenty others, not gonna mention them all.

So you see all "blondes" are wrongly labelled. Why do you think this is? Why does discrimination exist? We all are human are we not?

Haha, failed attempt at behing deep. Some advice; if you want to come off as a fdeep, thoughtful person, don't start the discussion with "why are blondes laughed at?". There are plenty of issues that hold more weight than the stereotype about hair color. Which is actually just a joke. You wanna talk about human rights, why not bring up something that people have actually died for? Like, I dunno... Skin color? Religion? Politics? Sexual preference? I'm not gonna have a serious, "deep" conversation with a kid whose most profound thought is "why do people make blonde jokes?".

Anime and real life are too totally different things, but I wouldn't say all blondes are dumb, just the majority

I don't think that the blond stereotype exists in anime. I think that stereotype is something more fitting for the Western culture.

Japanese people find blond hair a bit fascinating (especially if it's natural blond and not dyed blond) because there are only a few of them or so who are born naturally blond. Practically all of them are dark haired. Western people, however have more chance of being natural blond.

So while they are somewhat fascinated by the colour blond, it's not like they have that stereotype - at least not that I know of.
