And to the people who are using the Sharingan as an excuse....why did Sasuke train with Oro? by this logic Sasuke with his 3 tome Sharingan didn't also need train with Oro, but that was not the case....Sharinga or MS or EMS doesn't make any different...you can't use it's power until you train with it.

that's because it's how MS works,it doesn't require learning it or creating it,the jutsu is there ready in the eye,all he does is pop his eye out then the jutsu will appear,it only develops through practice,if you look at sasuke's first use of amaterasu he wasn't able to control it completely,and his first use of susanoo he only achieved ribcage stage,then the second time skeleton then after a while complete then before his blindness he reached final susanoo,which lead me to believe if he uses susanoo more he can achieve PS.
plus you can't prove that sasuke trained or learned amaterasu or susanoo,these abilities popped out of nowhere in a few days,while his best after three years with oro was chidori spear or kirin

Their are signs that someone trains in naruto when they use a new jutsu that was never used by the user before like for instint naruto used rasen shuriken which he trained to do, sasuke on the other hand having used anything new that isnt giving to him by the sharingan, he still have the same jutsu,s, firball jutsu,dragonflame jutsu,phoenix flower jutsu,chidori(stream,light spear),kirin,summoning jutsu hawk(former snake) nd just because he got a new summoning doesnt mean anything its still summoning jutsu, new jutsu would be amaterasu(inferno style), tsukyomi,susano'o all which he got from obtaining the mangekyo sharingan,until he does some kinda jutsu that isnt a spin off of the three ms techniques i wont believe he trains, he's just smug nd thinks hes better than everyone which is my theory on why he dnt train
