So water is formed of One hydogene molecule and 2 oxygene molecule. So when the big bang happened, earth was formed. It was the only planet that was at the right distance from the sun. Not too hot to evaporate the water that was formed from the gas and it wasn't too cold to just freeze the water like in all the planets like mars, pluto and the comets.

And where did the gaz come from??? Good question. God is the only one to know because hes the creator of everything
