Have you ever thought about The bodies of the ninjas? I've done it many times and some times i get pissed off because lets take an example.. Like Naruto and Sasuke! We all agree that they are strong right? but look at their small and skinny bodies! They doesnt look strong at all if they doesnt go inte their power modes ofcourse! Well Almost every ninja is very skinny but still strong i know that im complaining a bit to much but still dont you think that for example Naruto and Sasuke would be a bit larger? Not like A or so but to look Strong and so you can see their muscles!

Well Naruto didnt do a silent take out on the pains?

No... You don't get the point

Kishimoto took inspiration of the body shape of ninja's that existed in the real world in the past I guess, never saw over muscular ninja

Well ninja's don't have that much stamina in this series anyway so it makes sense. Naruto has the nine tails so that's where he get his from. Plus he is an uzumaki, which is another exception

When it comes to fodder characters they get tired after a few jutsu's. Ninja's aren't for all out battling anyway their for stealth. But sometimes, shit gets real.

True, in volume 01 & 02 Kishi has a few pages where he talks about his upcoming as mangaka and inspirations.
It said that Kishi based the ninja's looks on historical facts, being that ninja's never looked like ninja's. They walked around dressed looking like average people.
The notion of ninja's dressed in all black is also a fairy tail.

Basically that's the definition of a ninja, being hidden in plain sight.
