Not really, personality-wise characters in Naruto hardly ever change so my first impression is usually my last. I think the only real exception is Gaara, but I liked him back when he was crazy anyway so that doesn't really count.

I was ok with Hinata, then everytime she stuttered more of "N-n-naruto-kun"; she got on my nerves, than in 615, she thought about holding Naruto's hand after her cousin died... That can be the lowest possible point.
I disliked Neji for being a b*tch to my favorite character Lee; then he proved himself as a great friend; he is my 3rd favorite now.
