I was bullied throughout my whole primary school life, when I went to high-school it completely stopped, since I met better people.

Yup, tried every peaceful method and they all failed. Smashed their head against concrete or bloodied their face and problem was solved. Violence works against the stupid, discussion works among the intelligent; most bullies are not intelligent.
