I've never cried over a manga page, but several Anime parts have gotten me. Haku's death and Zabusa's reaction to Naruto made me cry, during Jiraiya's death I was bawling not just because I liked jiraiya but also because he was on the verge of giving up but naruto inspired him to the point of forcing life back into him. A lot of not even very sad but more inspirational parts got me too. Like when Naruto took that kunai to the hand and mastered rasengan to protect tsunade. Also whether its part 1 or beginning of part 2 whenever Naruto is imagining how much he's like Gaara and that sad anime music is playing that gets me. The music really makes most of the emotion for me.

Yes, quite often when I watched through the complete first series and the story about Chiyo. Then it stopped and the emotions did't get big anymore. I either got used to it or it was just less sad. Neji's past, Lee's story and when Chiyo died were the saddest moments for me when I cried. Was more the really good soundtrack that made it happen I think.
