Have you ever been in a position you can't handle?

I keep thinking, I am really scared of reading things I have said for example or having other people read things I have said, what if I am forced to listen? Will my head explode?

Also maybe people are in work situations that they can't handle, like they are supposed to drive a bus but they can't cus they don't know how to drive.

mostly when i was a kid. like i remember my mom and dad fighting once and i couldnt really do anything about it but cry. another time i was playing football in the street with some of the older kids and i saw this gang member get shot up in a drive by shooting. i just passed out once i saw him laying there with all that blood on the grass

from like my teen to adult years, it hasnt really happened yet

I’m not really sure if you mean emotionally or you can’t do anything about it physically

There are situations that id rather not go into that I couldn’t do anything about. I was bullied a lot in the past though. I function fine now but there’s nothing I could’ve done besides ignoring it. There was this one situation with bullying that I’ll never go into unless I genuinely know you in real life, but it’s bothered me so much lol. It’s just messed up discrimination (even when it’s not true) but their thought still counts LOL. Ig some people are just weird like that
