Call of Duty 4 modern warfare is the best of the series. MW2 was godly for the first 5 months after its release but then it just died.

The best ones are still COD2 or COD4. MW2 was alright at the beginning and Black Ops is just as massive failure.

I don't really like to admit it, but when Modern Warfare 2 came out, I can honestly say I bought it as a standard game. I thoroughly enjoyed playing it for a little while. Like all normal games, of course I simply got bored of it. I don't plan on buying another COD game & i'm just waiting for the series to finally die out (which knowing the consumers, most likely won't be happening for quite a while- bring on COD 17.)

Black Ops multiplayer is absolute shit compared to Mw2, and the only thing keeping Black Ops afloat is the Zombie mode.
