the drawing is making them a little smaller....however kurama is around correct size for sure....since he has been that way for all the series....although full power kurama would be much bigger....easily larger than hachibi

I don't think it's that they've shrunk, it's just that last times we saw them (Kurama and Shikaku) there were objects around them to compare the size to, which were the homes in the villages and the trees in the forest from when Kurama and Shikaku fought.

Now they're just in a huge, baron wasteland with nothing around to compare them to, except for the ocean that was waaay over to the side, if you can count that.
