Hanzo being below the sannin and generally more on like sasori's tier then jiraya's
Tobirama being below juubito by leagues and bounds, with him more scaling to kingaku and izuna at best
Sasori being more on the level bos sakura then ether deidara or gaara
Momoshiki and general boruto characters being more around jonin to kage lv, Then being anywhere near six paths level
This goes with the former position but adult naruto and sasuke are nerfed
