Have a quick question about a bio.

Alright so my problem is that I want to make a Lelouch Lamperouge Bio. This bio is held by someone, I've already contacted about making a bio of that name. He hasn't responded back and it looks like he hasn't been on. I have no clue what to do, I have a good, brand new bio waiting to be put up, I just need permission, but as said above, I can't get a hold of the owner of it. Suggestions or any helpful ideas for me to post the bio? Thanks.

If the holder is inactive, I believe you can make the bio.

Just post it and you'll see if you can have it. I made a bio that people said that someone had but it got approved. Just as zoroOP said just ask alucard first.
