It's bandwagoning hatred from retarded individuals stuck on Part I Sakura. They think she's still useless and always abuses Naruto even though she's a top tier medical ninjutsu and the 4th strongest of their generation (after Naruto, Sasuke and Gaara), and she is one of Naruto's biggest supporters. It's f-cking ridiculous, but the Naruto fandom consists by and large out of stupid people.

Nah that's to easy, I just never found the whole violence against Naruto funny at all, at least compared to the violence Tsunade has against Jiraya (which is totally awesome and justified). Just pounding the poor jinchuuriki in the ground because he is social awkward, a bit annoying and lonely? Doesn't make her a really good person.

Never said I hate her, I just dislike how she is portrayed.

The other thing is, she is a really "flat" character. She has absolute no background, especially compared to Naruto's and Sasuke's past.
It's easy to see why many people like Hinata better than her. The Hyuuga girl has also a tragic history, (Kumo, Neji, her mother's death, the disdain from her Father and Clan) which overall fits much better with the whole sad vibe that also surrounds Naruto and Sasuke.

Actually even then. It's not like she is a sexy character. Two reasons IMO (1) her mistreatment of a good guy, and (2) her illogical devotion to a character that has been out for himself since the beginning. "Ilogical" because her character is portrayed as mature and intelligent with a high set of values. One would expect such a character to react more to action than emotions. In suckuraw's case, it is the opposite and inconsistent with Kishi's attempt at developing that character.
