Hating On Sasuke Here?

I noticed this trend on the base where a large number of people are just generally hating or against Sasuke.

I'm by no means a Sasuke fanboy.

I mean I get where they are coming from, ever since he left Konoha to take the easy way out there was a small part of me that felt like he was a power hungry brat that was a sore loser.

But he's still a dope character as far as I'm concerned who makes the series more flexible.

I mean you're introduced to a Sasuke who's the cool kid with natural talent and progresses faster than anyone at first but still values his teammates over almost anything and later on he just gets power hungry and betrays Konoha and in turn the readers who wanted him to be "good"
(I felt Kishi is GENIUS in doing this, because the reader actually feels betrayed, and then Kishi puts that Sasuke actually wants to go back to his old self which makes the reader feel want to just let Sasuke be good again, but they know Sasuke must have his own agenda)


Your thoughts on this general dislike? Or am I overreacting? Feel free.

I don't hate him, I just don't agree with what most of his fans say about him.

Yeah, a lot of people hate on sasuke here. "Sasuke the solo king" ; "lord sasuke" "god sasuke" "enton GG" "sword of solokings".

I don't think anyone on here hates Sausage, we just don't like his fapboys; simple as that. But what I don't get is how some members say that "we hate Sasuke because of his fans", which is not even the case nor have we ever stated so.

Different people have their reasons for hating on him, if the base was united it would be no fun, take today for instance there were a lot of Sasuke fans out, though some were just playing bait or outright trolling, but you could see the heavy retaliation, there is undeniably a very high number of Sasuke haters, so no, i do not feel that you are overacting, try to ignore the overactive fans or the equally annoying amount of haters but like i said before, no fun without flames.

Its the fanboys. They exaggerate his feats and ruin the character. Thats the excuse everybody uses on here, and honestly I think that is a fairly stupid reason to hate a character. No fanboy will make me hate Sasuke, so I don't see why other members have to hate on him for his fanboys.

More than half still hate the fact that beating Sasuke isn't going to happen.
Some also hate him for still being stronger and smarter.

To me personally Sasuke would be a better main character, he's actual work for his wins in fights. Naruto just goes fox mode, auto heals, auto speed, auto power, auto cloak that had no foreshadow (most likely to keep up with Sasuke's susanoo which can run).

Sasuke is a cool character but his fanboys take him too far.

What didn't you like about the way Sasuke developed as a character?

His fans overrate and wank him to no end. But I just dont like his character or goals.

Just feel like he was made really powerful at the beginning of ship but then was nerfed, that or Yamato was being trolled by Kishi. And I still don't like the "I'll become Hokage" statement, didn't seem to fit him being that's been Naruto's goal since the first few chapters.

But that's Kishi's writing obviously so nothing I can do about it :dunno:

Sasuke is an easy character to hate for a lot of people, including me. I deplore what he became, the decisions he's made, the actions he's chosen, and what he represents as a person.

I really wish Kishimoto wouldn't have listened to his editors and created Sasuke in the first place. Or just switched Sasuke's role with Neji, but kept his backstory. Story would be much better off imo.
