I think on the basis of what we knew about Hashirama and Mokuton before today it was reasonable to rank others above him but now we know the power of his jutsu better.

I don't think we can say Hashirama > Naruto yet as Naruto hasn't reached his potential

No one hated on hashirama we all simply said we didn't see enough. You gotta admitt that not has been shown until today. So no one is hating. I always thought he was something else. He just didn't get a chance to show it.

Don't go jumping the band wagon now bro , no one underestimated the first i don't believe wood element was the only thing that made him a elite ninja. It stated no ninja alive right now is as strong as the 1st . I believe that the 1st inherited both the ying & yang chakra from the So6p but it's just watered down :shrug:
