if itachi want win he need to finish quickly because 1 amaterasu and bit of susanoo ,then he's blind.

very hard to decide but i think itachi ,it could be close...
i like kakashi but he's not stronger than him yet ,if he was an uchiha maybe he could take on itachi .he will probably get stronger with time.

normal genjutsu won't works with kakashi (the one with his hand ) that level worked on naruto .
kakashi countered a similar genjutsu with a simple clone ,then trapped the itachi 30% ( tsukiyomi take more than 30% of his chakra so he coulnd't use it there).
