i think that what sasuke lacks in chakra mass and pure power compared to naruto, he makes up with skill and mental agility. sasuke has always been an extremely quick thinker when it comes to fighting. naruto wins battles when he does this, for example with the 3rd (i think) raikage. naruto would not have been able to beat him unless he used his thinking cap and asked bee and 8 tails for info and improvised. unless of course he was as powerful as he is in the manga currently but ya.

It proves nothing. Sasuke's statement was an opinion. Kishimoto didn't make it a fact. Sasuke was just being his prideful self. His comment didn't even say "yes I can keep up" he said "don't under estimate". You took it as "I'm better than you." And that's not what was implied at all.
