hahaha you sound like a whiner, but end of the day sasuke is a boss and theres no reason itachi wouldnt have given him the totsuka and the yata mirror, and if you have played ninja storm 3 there is a scene in the ultimate adventure where sasuke at the five kage summit uses the totsuka against gaara and co. ( i know its not cannon but its forshadowing imo like the whole madara reveal)

point is whats the point of creating cool moves and weapons if no one is going to see them used? and why would you rather them sit on the shelf collecting dust?

sasuke will probably end up using the totsuka on madara obito the 4 kages and probly orochimaru too. get over it
