Thank you for choosing a good song for this. Your edits are tight. If only it were the full length of the song, but I don't know whether this is part of a collaboration or not. The rate of edits is pretty even all the way through, but you can get away with it because it's so short. If it were full-length you'd have to have some parts where the edits are shorter (short and shorter cuts increase tension) and longer in others, for breathers.
Here's a good one to look at if you want to see what I'm talking about. I don't know if you've seen it already. But it has a very wide range of pacing.

I won't embed this because this thread is about your video. It's seven minutes long but that's okay because it has fast-paced high-tension sections and places to rest inbetween. The content of the shots also reflect action or relaxation.
The motion of animated characters can also be substituted for an edit, if you're looking for ways to save yourself some work. Animation is perfect for AMVs because musical timing is already worked into the motion, if you pay attention you'll find the beat. It's just because of the way animators divide it up. (Look at the video 1:45 onwards to see what I mean).
I really really really really like the part where you found all those shots that had the same camera motion and combined them all. The zoom out thing.
