I like him when he is thinking or when he makes a cool strategy (not that they always work, he still has a long way to go). I would like him even more when he does something cool now instead of running around laughing hysterically.

I actually like him and did ever since the beginning. Sasuke is a complex character and many cannot understand such a character as I've seen around.
He is not a character to be understood by many.
