Hatake Kakashi - White chakra?

Hello,
Kakashi could in use with aid of dagger from his father the white chakra. Sakumo was legendary of using it..
Kakashi broke this dagger but can't he use the white chakra without it?.. He has strange hair.
I think that hair is symbol of his chakra.. Do you think, he ever use it? It would be cool..

I dont gett eh concept of the white chrakra blade. Did it have special abilities because it broke pretty easy.
