With this mindset you'd probably like a thread I'm actually going to make. Basically a "mix any 3 shinobi" thread with reasonable rules & parameters (IE, Madara would be Prime, no matter the combination it's brought up/down to chakra fruit level, Edo Tensei still counts, etc).
One example I was going to use was Muu, Tobirama and Obito. Lots of versatility and STJ.

But on subject--it's hard to beat someone with the traits of the top shinobis in history all pulled together.

It would be easier to list who they could not beat.

1. Kaguya Otsutsuki [amenominaka, ash bones, infinite tsukuyomi and dimension busting truth seeking ball all solo them]

2. Hagoromo Otsutsuki (He has both seals, so six paths chibaku tensei gg. Also juubi bijuudamas if we are talking about 10 tails jinchuuriki Hagoromo)

3. Rikudou Madara (The fusion still does not possess rinnegan or the chakara of all 9 bijuus or susanoo, so infinite tsukuyomi gg. Also, juubi bijuudamas still nuke them to death. This 3-way fusion also still lacks rikudou chakara, so they are still defenseless against limbo. Chibaku tensei meteorites crush them as well. The list goes on and on.)

4. Rikudou Obito (Infinite tsukuyomi gg as long as he survives for at least 15 minutes so that the shinju flower can bloom. Also, juubi bijuudamas solo them.)

5. RSM Naruto (With the power of all 9 bijuus at his disposal, Naruto can use senpou chou bijuu rasenshuriken and throw rasenshurikens of all the bijuu elements at the fusion. When this happens, the fusion would get sealed in multiple ways. Shukaku's magnet element would bind it. Gyuki's ink would seal it. Of course the other elements would still do severe damage. Naruto could finish it off with some bijuudama rasenshurikens.)

6. Rinnegan Sasuke (This depends on how smart Sasuke is with his usage of amenotejikara. This one is the most debatable one on this list.)

7. Hamura/Indra/Asura can potentially be on this list, but we don't know the full extent of their capabilities. (It is known however, that Hamura had tenseigan, so if he uses the same blade that cut the moon in half then that might work.)
