The Kinship idea Hashirama has introduced is the start of his will of fire ideals, to protect a village full of different clans, not just one.
Later Hashi himself will follow through this idea by having kinship with the Uzumaki clan.
Or ..wait the Uzumakis already have formed this idea by having Kinship with the Senjus, which is why they are related and share a deep bond of friendship.
Uchiha and Hagoromo clans are teaming up against the Senjus but have not formed a kinship, just an alliance for power.
This is where Hashirama will succeed with his peace ideas by sharing a deep bond with other clans like Uzumaki.
Hashirama wanted Uchihas to have kinship too, even in Konoha, but it seems Uchihas were always preserving their own clan instead of mixing.
Obito and Rin would of been a great start for an Uchiha kinship with another clan, but it never worked out.
The Uchihas lasted a long time while Uzumakia and Senjus eventually disappeared (due to kinship, and not preserving their powers, but spreading it)
The Uchiha stone tablet, whatever the message relay, it is not fond of kinship as it can only be read by Uchihas, the cursed clans for their deep love. Deep love of family and brotherhood. By Uchihas preserving their clan, they are "preserving peace" since they are a family.
So in conclusion:
Uzumakis most likely came before Senjus, and share deep bond due to kinship, Hashi would follow up with Konoha, and spreading the power balance of bijuus among the world.
Uchiha is a preserved clan from long ago, revolved around jutsus and Uchiha tablet from their love of their clan, reaching powers capable of uniting Bijuus for a power able to preserve peace.
