Chakra is life force and life force is dna. Plus uchihas and senju were originally one and sasukes body could react to the chakra and permanently boost his reserves and make him a mock ootsuki. I doubt this would work for naruto if madara did this in the same fashion because the uzumaki are further from the senju... but what do i know im not kishi hed prolly just explain it in a flashback.
No it's not. A prime example of this is White Zetsu who is made 100% of Hashirama's DNA but didn't have any of Hashirama's chakra, Yamato who had the DNA and chakra was used as a battery so his chakra which resembles Hashirama's, powered them all up. DNA is tissue, Blood, Saliva, an Eyeball or something. Sasuke needed to put Kabuto's flesh which had Orochimaru's DNA on Anko so it would react with Orochimaru's chakra which had his will like Kurama's chakra had his and Orochimaru was revived. If it was only Chakra needed then Oro could have left Anko the whole time yet he needed his flesh/DNA, he was low on chakra so took it back from Kabuto.
Uzumakis are closer to Senjus than Uchihas are, Madara even said Nagato was of Senju lineage because both Senju and Uzumaki are the same (Zetsu said it but who do you think told him?)

Nope SA only only have a little. But it can't be recharged with out kurama molding chakra for them. And well the brothers ate the inside but that's a long story
The SA had a lot of chakra, Kakashi had a little bit when he first got some from Kurama, that's why he didn't have a cloak yet was still spamming Kamui; Cloak=lots of chakra. Kin and Gin were said to have ties to the Sage, so that would explain how they could keep the chakra and yes you're right, they ate the flesh from Kurama's belly but thanks to their lineage they were able to be like mini Jinchuurikis.
Cant reply for some reason BUT NONE THE LESS no the other situations are not the same. Sasuke is an uchha and hashi is a senju these to clans are literally the closest to the whole of what originally was the ootsuki. Sasukes body is still developing and ggetting chakra feom hashi with bijuu level chakra...
Uzumaki and Senjus are closer than Uchihas and Senjus; Uchihas are just the other halve while Uzumakis are part of the same halve as Senjus. Sasuke doesn't have the Sage's body for it to develop, only his eyes would, Naruto have the Sage's body. Madara is the one who kept saying how two opposing forces work together that happiness can be found, he took Hashirama's DNA, same for Obito and Yamato. Kabuto who did have Orochimaru's DNA gained more power when he tapped into Oro's chakra from Anko, same for the White zetsu for Yamato's chakra which resembled Hashirama's chakra. DNA and Chakra are two different things and it would only work for plot and not by Manga facts.
P.S. Sasuke doesn't have Bijuu level chakra from Hashirama, he said he'll give him the remaining chakra he had left. He used most of it fighting Madara then Madara took most of it so he didn't have Bijuu level chakra left. Sasuke most likely had more when Naruto gave him some chakra.
