Yeah I am kinda at a lost on this subject so I would like for u guys to help me.

How does an arm made from Hashirama cells inferior to Danzo's give Naruto anything? The physical energy of Danzo's arm was so strong that when he was drained of chakra it tried to turn him into a tree, Naruto's doesn't so that.

Not only that Naruto is also Ashura just like Hashirama so he is supposed to have high physical energy anyway. Naruto is also a descendant of the Senju and has a large portion of Yang Kyuubi's chakra within him that is strong enough to turn Zetsu into trees.

It seriously seems that Naruto overpowers any effect that those weak Hashirama cells might have in them so y is he supposed to have gotten a boost from gaining his prosthetic arm :wut:

But u would usually think what it would add would be potency right? Special properties added to the chakra basically. If the properties from the arm are inferior to your own then how can u gain?

Why would the value of the arm have to be 101? Lets use money as an example, Suppose I have 100 pounds sterling, and then I get 1 pound and add to it. This gives me a total of 101 pounds correct? The 1 pound by itself cannot match the value of the already owned 100 pounds, however anyone even a child will tell you that you still got richer even if it was by a mere pound.

Only if the arm produces more physical energy than the host body should there be an increase

It is simple addition. There has never been anything in the manga to my knowledge that shows weaker chakra draging down stronger chakra. Nagato was absorbing chakra from weak konoha nin, did that mean that he was being depowered?

Chakra is chakra, whether the chakra absorbed is weaker than the main source or not is irrelevant. What ever value the absorbed chakra has will be added to the existing reserves. There will be an increase U_U

LOL, seriously? Hashirama himself can't absorb chakra, and now those with Hashirama's powers gain that ability?

hashi ceels give you the ability to use several jutsus and they absorb chakra as for a boost probaly as it gives you acces to wood style whitch that by it self is a big boost in capalbilites
