honestly, you just need to learn how to let nature energy enter your body. Once you can do that, you're basically a Sage.

his sage mode is from the tree itself, the ability to absorb chakra through his body from the air, earth and water.. all the chakra is comming from the sacred tree.. senju are the body of hagoromo who naturally has half of sacred tree chakra pool and power

There is no Dragon Sage Mode. And technically, Naruto's, Minato's, and Jiraiya's is not called Toad Sage Mode, it's just Sage Mode; we refer to it as such for clarification.
