Thought that genetic material from Kabuto, Chakra from Hashirama and awakening of the Rin'negan would have amounted to something.

What do you say NB? Does Sauce potentially have Mokuton?

perhaps. But the wood release would likely be weak. Obito had half of his body made up of hashirama cells and his wood release is weaker than yamato's
